Document Content Should Never Contain Head Or Body Tag
The document content represents what would be inside the <body/>
tag of a webpage. The content will also always be loaded into a <body/>
of some renderer, so adding HTML, HEAD or BODY in the document content is not allowed.
The only exceptions allowed are for RenderJS gadgets.
