Secure and Private

• Encryption. All communications to TioLive email servers are encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocols and thus can not be intercepted by telecommunication companies.

• No Intermediary. All data goes directly from mailbox to email client or mobile phone and does not rely on third party servers.

• No Data Mining. TioLive Business Email neither displays advertising nor processes private data with data mining tools which may reduce privacy.

Data Security and Recovery

TioLive Business Emails are stored on a redundant cloud computing architecture which reduces the risk of downtime or data loss.

Emails can also be backed up remotely with standard tools such as Offline IMAP or Symphony IMAP Backup.

TioLive Business Email does not keep any offline copy, backup or archive of your emails.

TioLive imposes no limits to the number of users. It is possible to create as many mailboxes as you need, at no extra cost.

TioLive Business Email is integrated with TioLive Contact Management. Each time you register a new user in your TioLive environment, a new mailbox is created automatically for that user.

Every communication environment used by your staff (email, chat, VOIP, etc.) is provided automatically as a result of the user registration procedure.

IETF Standards Compliant

TioLive is fully based on open standards approved by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF): IMAP and SMTP.

The use of open standards greatly simplifies the interoperability of TioLive with third party applications or services.

It also eliminates roaming problems usually found in proprietary mobile email technologies.
