Intellectual Property
The ERP5 project involves 3 types of intellectual property: copyrights, patents and trademarks.
ERP5 programmes are licensed under the terms of the GPL unless specified otherwise.
ERP5 documentation is licensed under the terms of the GFDL unless specified otherwise.
ERP5 patents are licensed under the terms of the GPPL. Although Nexedi and the ERP5 community do
not support the legalisation of software patents, some patents have been filed according to the
following rationale.
The ERP5 trademark is owned by Nexedi SARL and is free to use to promote ERP5 software and the ERP5 web sites. All other trademark are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
